Therefore, I orientate myself in my work on it. But what is very important for me to mention in advance: I don&#8217;t like to classify people into pigeonholes or &#8220;coding codes&#8221;. Therefore, these classifications of the ICD are only a basis for me. I look at each person individually and as an individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Possible signs may indicate that you need psychotherapeutic help and that coaching is no longer sufficient:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are very depressed, exhausted and sad or listless? Nothing brings you joy anymore and your mood is way down?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have extreme mood swings?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are afraid of certain situations or animals and avoid certain situations?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You suffer from actions that you have to repeat compulsively although you don&#8217;t find it useful?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have physical complaints and your doctor cannot find an organic cause?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have undergone a stressful life change (e.g. new job, separation from your partner) and you still feel bad even after a long time?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You experience flashbacks of a stressful event from the past, get panic and fear?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You hurt yourself or other people?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are no longer in control of your emotions and have regular outbursts of anger?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You think you are too fat and refuse to eat even though you are not too fat?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can&#8217;t sleep in or through the night and brood almost all night?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have increasing difficulties in dealing with other people &#8211; you think it is always &#8220;the others&#8217; fault&#8221;?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><gwmw style=\"display:none;\"><\/gwmw><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Germany and many other countries of the world, mental illnesses are subdivided or classified according to the ICD &#8211; International Classification of Diseases.
